Teesto Chapter became a certified chapter on November 10,
1955. Before this, the people had built their own meeting
hall, with Public Work Funds. Approximately 40% of the
original chapter land base has been partitioned as "Hopi
lands".
The Teesto Chapter conducts meetings monthly to keep
residents informed; residents have a forum to express their
opinions to their Navajo Nation Council Delegate or to
decide on matters concerning their chapter.

4 March 26th, N9065 gravel road meeting @ 9 am final meeting. NDOT, NN Realty, BIA Roads and Navajo County.

5. April 1st, District 7th Council Meeting at 5 pm at Indian Wells chapter.

6. April 17th F/D agency council meeting at Cornfields chapter at 9:00 am.

7. April 5th, LGSC meeting for Teesto chapter at 8:30 am at Indian Wells chapter.
